About this Workshop
In this panel discussion, we will seek to enrol the audience into the benefits of a more proactive approach towards managing safety risks.
On the panel are Crystal Danbury (Director of Group Safety & Insurance at Sainsbury's), Diane Chadwick-Jones (former Director of Human Performance at bp), Gemma Arnold (Head of Health and Safety at Virgin Active UK) and Christian Harris (founder of Slip Safety Services and host of the Safety And Risk Success Podcast).
They will address questions including: What do boards feel about safety and why? What stops companies taking a more proactive approach to managing safety risks? How has the panel succeeded in driving a more proactive approach? What were the key outcomes and benefits of this work?
