By making safety simple and efficient, she hopes to inspire the next Safety leaders.
She likes to work in a team, network, share ideas and knowledge to get the task at hand done. She has a passion for supporting her teammates’ to find their strengths and feels this is the foundation for great safety culture. Gemma loves to get out to Alcañiz, in rural Spain to visit her dad. She swaps her laptop and notepad for hiking boots and sunglasses. Going on hikes through the Spanish countryside and getting a well-needed dose of Vitamin D is her favourite pastime!
