Marcus Dimbleby

With extensive experience gained as a senior military officer, Marcus retired from the Royal Air Force as a Wing Commander and moved into the business world, diving headlong into the world of programme management and digital transformation, quickly becoming the Head of Agile at Lloyds Banking Group, enabling enterprise-wide business agility. He continued to support and transform other organisations in financial services and the oil and gas sector, and is now a partner and vice president at Red Team Thinking. A highly entrepreneurial, passionate, and pragmatic transformation leader and coach, Marcus is very people oriented. He believes that ‘Whatever business you’re in, you’re in the people business!” and focuses on enabling enterprise-wide business transformation through effective change management, evolved leadership behaviours and optimised ways of working that lead to the required mindset and culture shift.
